IntraTechs can remotely monitor and administer servers anywhere

We achieve this with full respect for client security and reliability needs. This optional Help Desk service can greatly reduce the workload of a LAN (Local Area Network) administrator. Routine administration work is carried out remotely by our Help Desk engineers, at a level dictated by the customer, and based on the security requirements of the customer.
Functions include:
· Adding or modifying user parameters
· Monitoring Server Performance
· Backup Verification
· Database or Data Maintenance/Security
