The hosted application is placed on a well equipped server for use by the intended end user population. Generally, access is gained either via the internet or a Virtual Private Network (VPN) established between IntraTechs and the customer's network. If use needs to be expanded, IntraTechs will quickly accommodate by implementing the application onto a more powerful server. Also, the headaches of maintenance, backup, administration and so forth are all included in the hosting fee - so our customers can focus on their business concerns.
